The use of a counting scale is recommended for stocktaking of small parts. Manually counting the individual parts is very time-consuming and often error-prone, especially when it comes to large quantities of small parts. A counting scale allows for safe and error-minimizing stocktaking or verification in a fraction of the time that would be needed with conventional counting. This saves time and therefore costs

The torque of tools (impact wrenches, etc.) in which the correct tightening torque of a connection determines the quality of the end product can be checked. Since damage occurs if the torque is too high, or the clamping force suffers if the torque is too low, a torque measuring device is used to check the ideal torque. The aim is for the screw connections to fulfill their purpose over the long term and to avoid costly thread repairs.
