Application Description

When manufacturing individual circuit boards, the manual soldering process plays an important role. For very small components, this is a job that can only be done with a microscope. This is easier on the eyes and prevents incorrect assembly of the board.

Additional information

The use of individual circuit boards is ubiquitous in the electronics industry. They form the basis for most electronic devices, from smartphones to computers to household appliances. Conductive tracks applied to the board allow electrical components that are soldered or otherwise connected to the board to communicate directly. The manual soldering process in particular plays an important role in circuit board assembly. For very small components, this is a job that can only be done with a microscope. This is easier on the eyes and prevents incorrect assembly of the board.
