Deburring
Application number: EN - 1060
After deburring small plastic components, they have to be counted for picking. Manually counting the individual parts is very time-consuming and often error-prone, especially when it comes to large quantities of small parts. A counting scale allows for safe and error-minimizing stocktaking or verification in a fraction of the time that would be needed with conventional counting

Additional information
After production, small plastic components (rings, impellers, etc. ) often does not have the desired surface properties. Unwanted burrs can occur during injection molding or milling, such as: flow lines, heavy burr formation with webbed skin or tinsel burrs. Post-processing the plastic parts can eliminate these problems. After deburring, these small components must be counted for order picking. Manually counting the individual parts is very time-consuming and often error-prone, especially when it comes to large quantities of small parts. The use of a counting scale is recommended here. A counting scale allows for safe and error-minimizing stocktaking or verification in a fraction of the time that would be needed with conventional counting
